Is the shipping free?

When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 4 PM will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-5 working days
Can I change or return my item?
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, used, or tampered skincare products.
• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes (unless defective).
• Free samples or promotional items.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
• If approved, we will issue a refund or store credit within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
