Liquid Hand Soap – How To Use It!
| On Dec06,2019
A hand wash is a product you are going to use several times a day, every day. But, where is the guarantee that your hand wash removes ALL the dirt and bacteria? You see, there is a theory that if everyone kept their hands clean, an estimated one million deaths a year would be prevented. There is nothing more powerful than a straightforward soap and water. Here at DUPAS, we understand that hygiene is incredibly important, which is why we have created high-quality liquid soaps that are effective against germs, using state of the art technology. At the same time, we want our liquid soaps to make you feel pampered with their beautiful fragrances and gentle texture. It’s a win-win.
The use of capital intensive production processes and the latest technology has enabled us to create a Premium line that can be used all over the body, except hair. This line includes Paradise, Hawaii Lemon, and Spring Flower. Our economy line includes two antibacterial liquid soaps; Caribbean Island and Citrus Tropic, and two regular moisturizing soaps; Floral Bouquet and Berrymore. Frequent hand washing goes a long way, but most people go through the motion without cleaning their hands thoroughly. Using a liquid soap is just as simple as using regular bar soap, but with better hygiene and results. If you follow these basic five steps, there is nothing that can stop you from getting clean, germ-free hands (and potentially saving the world!)
Step 1: Wet your hands
This goes without saying. The first thing you need to do is wet your hands with water thoroughly. This will help reduce friction when rubbing soap on your hands. (Remember, don’t waste water!)
Step 2: Dispense
Once you have wet your hands, turn to the soap dispenser and pump out the soap in your hands. One to two pumps should be enough. (A little goes a long way)
Step 3: Lather up
Rub the soap thoroughly for a good 15-20 seconds until it begins to foam. Make sure to clean your hands properly, including the area between your fingers and under your nails.
Step 4: Wash out the soap
Next, rinse out the soap with water until all the foam is removed. It should take you about ten seconds to completely rinse your hands.
Step 5: Dry your hands
Using a regular or paper towel, dry out your hands. This is important because even after washing our hands, some of the bacteria may remain which are easily spread via wet hands than dry hands.
Remember
- Do NOT use liquid soap on dry hands. For best results, always wet your hands before applying soap.
- Rub the soap on your hands properly and thoroughly. This includes your palms, fingers, the area between your fingers, and your nails.
- It takes about thirty seconds to wash your hands properly. This is about as long as it takes to sing “Happy birthday to you”.
- SAVE WATER. Turn the faucet off while you are lathering on the soap.
- Don’t forget to dry your hands off with a towel. If you want to air-dry your hands, then, remember to not touch anything while your hands are wet.
Here’s to hoping there are less sick days in the next decades.
